Qualifications

• DMV registration and title processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle registrations, title work, and DMV-related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with day-to-day accounting functions, data entry, and administrative tasks.
• Work in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other dealership systems daily.
• Maintain organized financial records, deal files, and supporting documentation.
• Support reporting, account reconciliation, and general office operations.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, service, and management teams to ensure paperwork is completed correctly and on time.
• Help keep dealership transactions moving smoothly from sale to registration.
