Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage cost accounting functions, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Partner with operations to analyze production costs, margins, and efficiency metrics.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations.
• Coordinate audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors.
• Drive process improvements and ERP system optimization.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
