Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting or related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot, data validation).
• SQL queries to extract, join, and analyze data (aggregates, subqueries).
• Investigate discrepancies by querying transactional data; analyze variances and trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop SQL queries to analyze financial and operational data.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to diagnose issues and support resolution.
• Prepare financial analysis and materials for leadership review.
• Support accounting processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
• Support timely period- and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate financial data and reporting.
• Improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
