Job summary

Pinnacle Engineering Group is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our team. The role supports the accounting department by compiling, analyzing, and maintaining accurate financial records and processing critical financial transactions.

You’ll assist with financial report preparation and provide essential administrative and document management support. Ideal candidates have 0-4 years of accounting experience and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Excel for data management and reporting.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Process all payments via check, credit card, and EFT and handle monthly invoicing.
• Maintain and analyze financial records, ledgers and receipts for data integrity.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliation and assist with monthly statements and reports.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll as needed and assist with audits.
