Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc is seeking an Accounting Coordinator at the Laredo Terminal to support day-to-day accounting operations, including AR/AP, invoicing, and journal entries. The role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates will have a diploma or bachelor’s in accounting or related field, 2–3 years of experience, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and bilingual English-Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same or related field
• Knowledge of AR/AP processes, invoicing, journal entries, and accruals
• Bilingualism in English and Spanish is a strong asset
• Experience with Workday is considered an asset
• Experience in the transportation/logistics industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and other accounting tools
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
