The Ariva Group in Laredo is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role offers hands-on exposure to accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll support in a dynamic retail and international business environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, are proficient with Microsoft 365, and can thrive in a fast-paced setting. English/Spanish bilingual abilities are preferred to support our diverse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (recent graduate).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and basic accounting principles.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; detail-oriented and organized.
