Job summary

Strive Solutions is seeking a Controller (Manufacturing) to lead financial operations across plant and corporate accounting, cost control, budgeting, and reporting to support safe and efficient mill operations.

Candidate will ensure GAAP compliance, strengthen internal controls, and collaborate with operations to translate financial data into actionable insights. The role includes mentoring staff and driving cost and process improvements for sustainable growth.
