Job summary

6 Degrees Group is seeking a Sr. Accounting Consultant in Atlanta, GA to join a fast-growing multi-location retailer. The role will focus on hands-on operational accounting, with deep GL expertise and frequent cash reconciliations.

Expect to support sales audit, analyze variances, and post adjusting journal entries while stepping into month-end projects as priorities shift. Office-based four days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong general ledger knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with cash reconciliations and sales audit.
• Oracle experience strongly preferred.
• Retail or multi-location experience is a plus, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

6 Degrees Group is recruiting for a Sr. Accounting Consultant in Atlanta, GA.Our client is a multi-location retailer that has grown fast over the last five years, and their accounting team needs an experienced consultant to help get things cleaned up. This is a true floater role for someone who knows the GL inside and out and is happy to jump in wherever the team needs help. Expect a lot of hands-on operational accounting, especially sales audit and cash reconciliations. Its a great fit for a critical thinker who likes rolling up their sleeves and putting things back in order. This role is in office 4 days per week.
