Textron Systems offers a 2027 accounting co-op position in Hunt Valley, MD. You will handle assigned accounting tasks, including reconciliations, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination, while gaining exposure to multiple accounting functions.

The role requires rising junior/senior status in finance or accounting, strong Excel skills, and US citizenship with eligibility for a security clearance. Onsite work is required, approximately 20 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Ability to analyze and interpret program financial data; Excel emphasized.
• Strong written and verbal communication; teamwork.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• U.S. citizen able to obtain a security clearance.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and record company financial transactions and related schedules.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations with analyses.
• Support audits by financial, tax, internal and government teams.
• Coordinate with management and staff on the status of transactions and corrective actions.
• Provide ongoing support to the Accounting team.
• Work onsite 20 hours per week.
