• Record, classify, and summarize invoices and orders.
• Assist in assembling financial data as requested.
• Maintain center records, ledgers, and journals.
• Coordinate distribution of student allowances and payrolls.
• Assist in compiling monthly financial reports.
• Assist with phone/reception duties when needed.
• Model and communicate employability skills.
• Maintain accountability of staff, students, and property.
• Adhere to safety practices.
