Responsibilities

• Handle various tasks related to the dealership's financial records, including bookkeeping, reporting, and ensuring accurate data recording.
• Audit and post new and used retail deals and wholesale transactions.
• Calculate commissions.
• Process lien payoffs.
• Conduct weekly reviews of schedules.
• Assist with month-end closing processes.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of account reconciliations.
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with people at all levels and communicate effectively.
