The Westin St. Louis is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a 30-hour-per-week role in downtown St. Louis. You will manage guest, group, and direct bill accounts, prepare invoices, follow up on balances, and reconcile receipts and reimbursements.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years accounting experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach to support hospitality operations.

Overview

Full-Time, 30 hours | $23-$25/hour | Westin St. Louis | Downtown

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk for an exciting 30-hour per week position and contribute to the smooth financial operations of our establishment. In this role, you will manage guest, group, and direct bill accounts, prepare invoices and statements, follow up on outstanding balances, and reconcile receipts and reimbursements.
