Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a 30-hour-per-week role at The Westin St. Louis in Downtown.

You will manage guest, group, and direct bill accounts, prepare invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances with a focus on accuracy and professional communication. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (preferred) and 1–2 years of accounting experience in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience in hospitality, front desk, or sales is expected.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and communicate well.

Responsibilities

Overview

Full-Time, 30 hours | $23-$25/hour | Westin St. Louis | Downtown

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk for an exciting 30-hour per week position and contribute to the smooth financial operations of our establishment. In this role, you will manage guest, group, and direct bill accounts, prepare invoices and statements, follow up on outstanding balances, and reconcile receipts and reimbursements. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records while demonstrating professional communication with clients and hotel departments.
