National Beef Packing of Moultrie, Georgia is seeking an Accounting Clerk for 3rd shift. The role involves compiling daily production reports, invoicing finished goods, and assisting with Accounts Payable. Strong math and Excel skills are essential, along with attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Accounting Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Compiling and reporting production reports on a daily basis
• Completing the invoicing of all finished goods on a daily basis
• Assisting with Accounts Payable when needed.
• Reacting to change and handling other essential tasks as assigned by the supervisor, which may include assignments in other areas
• Other duties as assigned or needed.

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must have intermediate to advanced math and computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, College degree is preferred
• Excellent office and math skills
• Computer proficient with strong Microsoft Excel formula and spreadsheet navigation skills; At least 1 year of Excel experience
• BPCS (AS400) and HMS
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and neatness are essential
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure
• Professional attitude and conduct with the ability to work well with others
