Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and able to use formulas and navigate spreadsheets.
• Experience with BPCS (AS400) and HMS systems.
• Excellent math and office skills with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Professional conduct and ability to work well with others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compiling and reporting production reports on a daily basis.
• Completing the invoicing of all finished goods on a daily basis.
• Assisting with Accounts Payable when needed.
• Reacting to change and handling other essential tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
