A leading company is seeking an Accounting Clerk to assist in financial reporting and payroll processing. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for assisting the dealership Controller and the Administrative Office in preparing financial statements, reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts, generating financial reports, and processing payroll. This role may also involve training staff on financial procedures, reconciling expense reports, assisting with external audits, reviewing transactions, reconciling accounts receivable and payable, resolving bank discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies. The position involves handling confidential information and interacting with various internal and external contacts.
Primarily office-based, involving prolonged computer and phone use. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach, and lift objects up to 10 lbs. Repetitive hand activities are required.
