Job summary

DIMENSION MASTER is seeking an organized accounting support specialist in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time role focuses on daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and records management, with an emphasis on accuracy and completeness.

You will process invoices and payments, reconcile accounts, maintain organized files, assist with daily revenue and cash reports, and support month-end close tasks.

Qualifications

• Accounting support and Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• Accurate data entry and reconciliation skills
• Organized, dependable, and deadline oriented
• Comfortable with excel spreadsheets and accounting software
• Must be flexible to work including holidays and weekends (based on business needs).
