Accounting Clerk – Etnyre International
Oregon, IL | $19.25-$24.60 (based on relevant experience and qualifications| Annual Bonus

Etnyre International, a growing, family-owned manufacturing company, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support both accounts receivable and accounts payable operations. If you're organized, accurate, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Send daily invoices & monthly statements

• Process payments, credit card transactions, and account adjustments

• Resolve customer discrepancies and manage collection issues

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports (via Concur)

• Prepare legal documents (MSOs, Bill of Sale)

• Assist with month-end close and audit prep

• Communicate with vendors and customers by phone, email, and mail

Qualifications
What You Bring:

• Associate’s degree or 2+ years of accounting experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Concur experience a plus

• Ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure
