Job summary

The H+H Group is hiring an Accounting Clerk on our Central Support Accounting Team in Omaha, Nebraska. If you hold an accounting degree, this is a hands-on role to help maintain financial records and prepare reports for internal customers. Hours are Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation is $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience. Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook, strong integrity, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines are

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher in Accounting or Business with emphasis in Accounting.
• Strong work ethic with an emphasis on integrity, time management, accountability, efficiency, teamwork, and thoroughness.
• The ability to analyze and perform complex calculations.
• Strong Customer Experience and people skills.
• Be detailed oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external Customers, in person, over the phone, and via fax or email.
• The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• The ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a business record of financial transactions carried out by the company.
• Prepare relevant accounting reports of financial activities of the company as assigned.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded as per established guidelines.
• Follow all procedures relating to internal accounting in order to maintain the company’s financial security.
• Review, research, reconcile, and assure the accuracy of schedules, ledgers, and accounts.

Here at H+H you'll be at the forefront of innovation, harnessing the latest technology to automate tedious tasks allowing for more time to solve complex problems. ($22-$25 an hour)

• Help maintain a business record of financial transactions carried out by the company.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM or 8:00AM-5:00PM depending on lunch.
