Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our corporate team in Northbrook, IL. You will report directly to the Controller and focus on purchasing orders, data entry, and supporting overall accounting functions.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting and an associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting. Proficiency with GL accounts, month-end close, and Excel is essential for success in this on-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an Accounting position.
• Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of foundational accounting concepts.
• Experience with GL accounts, month end close, and journal entries.
• Familiar with excel spreadsheets.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general accounting tasks, including purchase order reconciliation and other ad hoc projects.
• Handle accounts payable tasks: vendor invoices and disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching & filing.
• Assist with GL accounts, month end close, journal entries.
• Code documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of expenditure codes and accounting codes.
• Carry out additional related duties and help with special projects on an as‑needs basis.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

USA Clinics Group is looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join or Corporate team! Reporting directly to the Controller, the Accounting Clerk will primarily be responsible for purchasing order, data entry, and assisting in the overall accounting function.

Position Details:

• Location: Northbrook, IL
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
• Compensation: $23.00-$27.00 per hour.
