Job summary

Hudson Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk for Honda of Huntersville in Huntersville, NC. The role focuses on processing invoices, posting transactions, and supporting month-end close in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Ideal candidates have automotive accounting experience, a quality work ethic, and familiarity with CDK. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and 401k with employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience compiling and sorting invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
• Verifying and posting details of business transactions, funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.
• Computing and recording charges, refunds, freight charges, and other costs.
• Preparing vouchers, invoices, checks, statements, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify automotive dealership invoices and payments.
• Post and reconcile financial transactions for the dealership.
• Assist with voucher and report preparation and month-end close tasks.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 8am - 5pm
