Qualifications

• Experience compiling and sorting invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
• Verifying and posting details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.
• Computing and recording charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, etc.
• Preparing vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dealership accounting records and ledgers.
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliation tasks.
• Prepare reports and documentation for audits and management review.
• Assist with month-end close and cash/receivables/payables accounting.
