All Star Chevrolet, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role emphasizes accurate processing of vouchers, invoices, checks, and account statements while maintaining strong documentation practices.

The ideal candidate has automotive accounting experience, a detail-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills, and will contribute to the efficient operation of our finance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive accounting (preferred).
• Experience preparing vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
• Strong track record of compiling and sorting documents (invoices, checks, etc.) and substantiating business transactions.
• Prior experience verifying and posting details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.
• Background computing and recording charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, and freight charges.

Responsabilités

• Process vouchers, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain account statements, reports, and supporting documents for audits.
• Organize and file documents, ensuring proper substantiation of business transactions.
