• Code credit card expenses and enter in Excel and Full Circle to generate AP aging and processing checks.
• File, pull, and research accounting documents as needed.
• Support A/R cash applications, aging research, and cash reports as needed.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Our client, a premium professional apparel brand, is looking for a TEMP-TO-HIRE Accounting Clerk to support their team on-site in Gardena, CA!

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices - verifying invoice against purchase orders and receivers to validate cost and quantity; follow up on approvals.
• Process credit card expense coding and enter in Excel and Full Circle to generate AP aging and check processing.
• Filling, pulling, and researching accounting documents as needed.
• Support other accounting functions in A/R cash applications, A/R aging research, Cash reports, audit research as needed.
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with MS Office applications.
• Must be comfortable with on-site, temp-to-hire employment in Gardena, CA.
