Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk with payroll experience to join our team on-site in Bensalem, PA. Prior experience in the construction industry is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting payroll processing and day-to-day accounting tasks, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll, including certified payroll for public jobs
• Input and maintain financial data using Excel and Deltek/ComputerEase accounting software
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries
• Reconcile invoices, statements, and general ledger accounts
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with payroll processing required
• Experience in construction accounting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Deltek or ComputerEase accounting software a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in Accounting or related field preferred
