Job summary

Xendoo, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a highly organized Accounting Catch-Up Specialist to join our accounting services team.

This production-oriented role focuses on bringing clients' books current efficiently and accurately, handling multiple small business accounts simultaneously, not routine data entry. You will reconcile bank and credit card accounts, categorize transactions, research discrepancies, and communicate proactively about missing information.

Qualifications

• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero is essential.
• Strong technology aptitude and ability to learn systems quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, fast-thinking Accounting Catch-Up Specialist to join our accounting services team. This role is focused exclusively on catch-up bookkeeping for small business clients whose books are behind and need to be brought current efficiently and accurately. This is a production-oriented role requiring efficiency, prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. This is not a routine data-entry bookkeeping position. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, identifying patterns, working efficiently under pressure, and bringing structure to incomplete financial information. The ideal person works with urgency, learns technology quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. This position reports directly to the Client Advisory Manager for Accounting Services.

Salary Range: $47,000-$65,000
