Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong interest in accounting systems, automation, or process improvement.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles; SAP experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn how technology drives efficiency in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Document current accounting processes and map automated workflows.
• Identify and document business requirements for automation projects.
• Test and troubleshoot automation builds in tools like Redwood RunMyFinance, Alteryx, UiPath, SAP.
• Monitor automation performance and report issues or improvement opportunities.
• Create training materials and user guides for new processes.
• Collaborate with IT and Accounting to align automations with business needs.
• Suggest ideas to simplify processes through technology and innovation.
