Responsibilities

• Handle multiple clients' accounts daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Coordinate and process accounts payable, cash disbursements, AR, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Complete financial statements during month-end processing.
• Coordinate and complete bank, credit card, prepaids, AR, fixed assets, AP, and accrual reconciliations.
• Complete complex account reconciliations previously set up and supported by senior accounting staff.
• Complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other client-requested forms or items.
