The Accounting Assistant will handle essential accounting tasks including A/P, A/R, cash receipts, general ledger, and payroll processing in a part-time role. Regular hours are Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule in Honolulu.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years accounting experience with general ledger.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate accounts payable processing and reconciliation.
• Support accounts receivable and billing processes.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing.
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash receipts.
• Maintain organized accounting files and records.
