Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking an Associate to join the CAAS (Retail Industry) team based out of the Boise, ID office. You will service multiple clients, process day-to-day transactions and perform month-end duties to support financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Accounting/financial experience preferred.
• Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Client service: manage multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on daily, weekly and monthly bases.
• Day-to-day transactions: coordinate and process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Month-end processing: complete financial statements and reconciliations, including bank and credit card, prepaids, receivables, depreciation, accruals.
• Quarterly/annual processing: prepare sales tax returns, Form 1099s and other client requests.
