The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, proficiency with QuickBooks/Xero/SAP/Excel, and a detail-oriented mindset for accurate financial control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (internships acceptable).
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and file tax returns, sales tax reports, and other regulatory filings as required.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and company internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve accounting issues.
• Assist with audits (internal and external) by providing necessary documentation and support.

Position Overview
