Job summary

Natura - Interior Plant Design is seeking an Accounting Associate to support day-to-day accounting operations, including AP and AR, and to help keep financial records accurate and organized.

You will process invoices, payments, and transactions while maintaining data in the ERP system. The role offers growth opportunities within a values-driven, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience.
• Basic understanding of general ledger coding and accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments; maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Enter and maintain financial information in the ERP system.
• Support reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries about invoices, billing, and payments.
• Help keep documentation complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
