Job summary

Kiss Products is seeking an experienced AP Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities. You will review invoices in SAP Concur, manage vendor setup, and prepare payment documentation, while assisting month-end close and financial reporting.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience in accounts payable, strong SAP experience, and collaboration with finance, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure timely vendor payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting required.
  • 4–8 years of related experience.
  • Experience with SAP Financial Accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process vendor invoices in SAP Concur and SAP workflows.
  • Manage accounts payable including vendor setup and payment readiness.
  • Prepare ACH payment documentation and wire transfer support.
  • Perform invoice, PO, goods receipt, and payment reconciliations in SAP/Excel.
  • Support month-end close and financial reporting activities.
  • Create and maintain AP processes and SOPs to improve efficiency.

Job Description Summary:Support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple business entities by reviewing and processing invoices, maintaining accounts payable records, preparing payment and ACH documentation, posting transactions in SAP, performing reconciliations, supporting month-end and financial reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
