Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor budget performance and analyze key variances.
• Support leaders in developing financial plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain financial models and planning tools for decision making.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Develop management presentations and reporting materials for leadership.
• Support ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.
• Coordinate banking-related activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
• Support cash flow planning, liquidity management, and financing initiatives.
• Assist with financial information requests and compliance reporting.
• Monitor and maintain key financial schedules and documentation.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and KPIs.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Job Description
Financial Planning & Budget Management

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor budget performance and provide timely analysis of key variances.

Dashboard & KPI Management

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and performance reporting tools.
• Monitor key business and financial KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data visibility and reporting accuracy.
• Support the implementation of reporting automation and business intelligence solutions.

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
