Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Associate to lead accounts payable, vendor payments, and expense review. The role focuses on processing invoices, outbound freight, and Concur transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Collaborative cross-functional work supports efficient financial controls. With 0–4 years in accounting, you will utilize SAP and Excel to manage postings and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of accounting or accounts payable experience
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and invoice management
• Experience with SAP for posting and maintaining accounting transactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for preparing and analyzing payment lists, reconciliations, and financial data reports
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in resolving invoice or payment-related issues

Responsibilities

The Accounting Associate is responsible for leading and supporting all aspects of accounts payable, vendor payment processing, and expense review to drive organizational financial efficiency. This role plays a key part in managing A/P invoices, outbound freight expenses, Concur transactions, and vendor payments, ensuring effective strategy execution, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable financial accuracy.

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range is 19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
