About the Role
As Canteen's Accounting Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our Financial Division, ensuring accounts receivable operations run smoothly and our client relationships stay strong. You'll be the detail-oriented professional who keeps invoices moving, payments tracked, and accounts balanced — supporting the same reliability and service excellence that Canteen is known for across the communities we serve.
What You'll Do
Provide administrative support across the Financial Department
Reconcile inventory counts and reports.
Take incoming calls from customers/accounts.
Take on additional responsibilities as they arise, contributing wherever needed
What You Bring
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently
Ability to learn proprietary systems and processes.
