Qualificações

• 2 years related accounting experience preferred.
• Certifications and Degrees are a plus.
• Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting data is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling information.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts.
• Complete reconciliations of various expenses on a daily/weekly basis.
• Prepare and enter journal entries, including labor distribution and sales entries.
• Provide backup support for accounts payable as needed.
• Periodically reconcile balance sheet and expense accounts.
• Extract and organize system information for management as needed.
