Carolina Auto Auction in Williamston, SC is expanding its team and seeking an Account Coordinator to support commercial clients by reviewing vehicles and coordinating reconditioning to client guidelines.

The role requires at least two years of experience estimating auto repair, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Excel, MS Office and Mitchell software. This is a on-site position serving auto dealers and finance companies.

Responsibilities

• Locate and review vehicles for assigned commercial client.
• Ensure condition reports accurately reflect issues (body and mechanical).
• Assign reconditioning work orders to vehicles based on client guidelines.
• Communicate repair recommendations to client based on manual estimates.
• Assign vehicles to the mechanic shop per client certifications and repairs guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are completed and lined up for sale within client and Carolina Auto Auction expectations.
• Complete run review with client representative the day prior to the run.
