We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to work out of our Las Vegas operation. This position is responsible for performing a variety of accounting-related tasks, including entering routine data into various automated systems and providing administrative support as needed. The position reports to the Office Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

• Coding invoices
• Reviewing monthly statements
• Scanning in documents into the system
• Filing
• Mailing
• Running errands
• Performing administrative tasks in support of the accounting function for our AZ branches.

Experience with spreadsheets and automated accounting systems required. You don't take shortcuts. You're conscientious not just for yourself, but for your team.
