Zohorecruit is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support our client’s accounting functions in cloud-based systems. The role ensures ledgers are current on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including processing invoices and bank activity.

Additional duties include maintaining the general ledger with reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, and assisting the Accounting SME with ad-hoc reports and teamwork to reach department goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• CPA certification is a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Able to analyze financial records and prioritize.

• Process sales and purchase invoices, bank transactions, and journals.
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date general ledger with reconciliations.
• Prepare ad-hoc management reports and assist the Accounting SME.
