Responsibilities

• Invoice verification
• Obtain signatures for invoices without a purchase order
• Maintain file with unpaid invoices
• Process W-9 forms for customers and vendors
• AR Collections
• Process payroll bi-weekly with outside payroll processor
• Process credit memos
• Other tasks as needed
