Qualifications

• GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting are required.
• Ability to reconcile accounts and maintain audit-ready files.
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Process full-cycle AP/AR with coding, approvals and posting.
• Prepare journal entries with proper supporting documentation.
• Maintain vendor and customer master data and tax forms.
• Support month-end and year-end close with schedules and rollforwards.
• Produce standard financial reports and Excel spreadsheets.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
