We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our financial operations and help strengthen rural healthcare organizations across Washington.
This is afull-time, 40-hour-per-week hybrid/remote position with occasional travel within Washington State. The Accounting Assistant supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records, timely payments, and compliance with organizational policies.

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
This is a hybrid/remote position based in Washington State. Most work will be performed remotely from a home office, with occasional in-person meetings and travel within Washington State.
Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to attend occasional in-person meetings, including one required annual all-staff meeting at a location within Washington State.
