Qualifications

• Supports Accounts Payable function; reviews invoices for documentation and payment
• Maintains reports, spreadsheets and accounting files
• Researches and resolves payment discrepancies
• Develops and runs queries using Access and Excel
• Performs other accounting duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of the Accounting Manager, performs duties associated with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
• Assists with month-end close entries and reconciliations
• Prepares and maintains financial transactions and reports
