Accounting Assistant

Administrator REGULAR FULL TIME North Ridgeville, OH, US

O'Neill Healthcare is seeking an accounting assistant to join our dynamic team and support the accounting functions of our Healthcare Management office. This office manages nursing homes and assisted living facilities on Cleveland's west side that employ over 975 staff members.

This position offers exciting project-based work, utilizing Microsoft Excel, other Office 365 applications, Microsoft Dynamics GP general ledger, Point Click Care, ADP, and other software to manage workflows. Daily tasks will include gathering information, running reports, compiling data for journal entries, reconciling and balancing accounts, and assisting with financial statement preparation. The position will cross-train on related positions to support other team members. Excel proficiency required. Accounting knowledge preferred. Long-term care experience is beneficial but not required. This onsite job offers a supportive, fun team environment that values your contributions.
