Job summary

HDR is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support budgeting, invoicing, and monthly status reporting in a collaborative, employee-owned environment. The role includes coordinating project documents, decision logs, action items, and meetings while producing deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail.

Minimum requirements are a high school diploma; a Bachelor's in Accounting is preferred and experience supervising others is a plus.

In the role of Accounting Assistant, we'll count on you to:

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience supervising other financial professionals beneficial
