Job summary

HDR is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support budgeting, invoicing and monthly status reporting within a collaborative, employee-owned culture. You will assist with document control, meeting logistics, and the preparation of deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

In the role of Accounting Assistant, we'll count on you to:

• Assist with project budgeting, invoicing and monthly status reports

• Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience supervising other financial professionals beneficial
