Job summary

AceTex Group is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and processing transactions. The role participates in month-end closing and ensures compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

You will handle journal entries, GL reconciliation, and AP/AR functions, while ensuring timely processing of expense reports and card reconciliations. A detail-oriented, collaborative candidate with 1–3 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs & Pivot tables) and accounting software (e.g., Dynamics, PowerBI).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
