Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• SEC reporting experience (10-Q, 10-K, footnotes, disclosures).
• Public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of 10-Qs, 10-Ks, earnings releases, and external reporting.
• Research and document technical accounting matters under US GAAP.
• Prepare accounting memos for complex transactions.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Partner with auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Support internal controls, process improvements, and special projects.

Must-Haves
