Job summary

Frontline Source Group is seeking an Accounting and Finance Manager in Irving, Texas. The role focuses on shaping financial strategy, developing and maintaining reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting to fuel company growth.

You will work closely with leadership and external advisors to optimize financial processes and ensure accurate, timely information for strategic decisions and valuation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, reporting, and accounting principles.
• Experience with tax planning and working with CPA or external accounting firms.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis proficiency.
• Ability to translate financial data for non-financial leaders.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to build and improve financial processes.
• CPA designation or extensive public accounting background.
• Experience supporting valuation, ownership transition, or M&A initiatives.
